Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Our Standard Return Policy -
Returns are authorized for unworn Products
Once your items reach our appointed warehouse(which we will email you the address) and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt.
Please note the discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Notes:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Returns are refunded in the method of original payment.;
Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments -
Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please Contact Us to confirm your return is authorized before sending anything back.
If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.

If you're not satisfied with your first purchase of OXYZONE underwear, we’ll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange. Just contact us and let us know whether you'd like a refund(excluding delivery charges) or an exchange.
