How and when would I get a refund for a returned order?
Refunds will be processed after product verification at our warehouse. Please allow 5-7 days for your bank to credit the amount.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

How and when would I get a refund for a cancelled order?
If the order is canceled before shipping, the refund is processed within 1 day, and your bank may take 5-7 days to credit it. For rejected deliveries, refunds are processed once the items are returned, with your bank taking 5-7 days to credit the amount.
